It lets you browse through pictures, videos, and text from across the web, by dragging, zooming, and scrolling through the interface. There’s a cool ‘discover’ feature, that shows you the latest content off the web - good for staying updated with the news. Here’s a video to get a glimpse of what it does:

It’s Chromium

Chromium (pronounced /’kro?mi?m/) is a chemical element which has the symbol Cr and atomic number 24. It is a steely-gray, lustrous, hard metal that takes a high polish and has a high melting point. It is also odourless, tasteless, and malleable. Chromium was named after the Greek word “Chroma” (???µa) meaning color, because of the many colorful compounds made from it.

Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all Internet users to experience the web. Google’s browser Chrome, is built from the Chromium source code, so Chromium has many of the features that make Google Chrome so great, separate processes for each window, the omnibar, incognito browsing but none of the hassles like Google’s Update Utility or an EULA.

Chromium is the open-source project behind Google Chrome.
